5-Day Money Back Guarantee:

The 5-Day Money Back Guarantee begins on the day that you receive the vehicle. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must notify us before 8 p.m. ET on the 5th day. Vehicles may be driven 500 miles within the 5-Day Money Back Guarantee period. If the vehicle is driven over 500 miles, you will be charged $1.00 per mile for each additional mile.

A vehicle is NOT eligible for return or exchange if it has been:

• in an accident or damaged
• altered from the condition it was sold in
• made subject to a lien or encumbrance other than any lien created in connection with your purchase

If you decide to keep your vehicle, we will begin the registration process after the 5-Day Money Back Guarantee if it has not been completed previously. If you decide to return your vehicle, any refundable charges will be returned to you. Keep in mind it can take 3-5 business days for us to receive funds from your initial purchase, and an additional 3-5 business days to return these funds to you.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable regardless of any return or exchange facilitated. 

If your purchase involved a vehicle trade-in, the full amount of the trade will credited on your return.
